First visit
Appointments
Visits are by appointment only. Please book by phone or through our booking form before visiting. We will contact you after checking your request. For same-day appointments, please contact the clinic directly.
Arrival and consultation
At your first visit, we will ask about your skin condition and concerns, then suggest a treatment menu suited to your needs.
Treatment
Treatment begins after we understand your skin type, wishes, and concerns.
Post-treatment consultation
Relax with a cup of tea while we check your skin or body after treatment. If you would like to book your next visit, let us know and we will arrange a suitable time.
Visiting the clinic
Visits are by appointment only. Please arrange your appointment by phone or when visiting the clinic.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened or, depending on the package, treatment may not be possible.
Arriving more than 20 minutes late will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend or need to change your appointment, please call the clinic by 20:00 on the preceding day.
The following cancellation fees apply as a charge for reserving the treatment bed.
No-show on the day: 100%
Cancellation on the day: 50%
After 19:00 on the preceding day: 30%
If you cancel an appointment under a treatment package, one session will be deducted.
Important information
Please tell us when booking if you are menstruating, have high blood pressure, feel unwell, have allergies, are under a doctor's care, take medication, have consumed alcohol, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Precautions for your appointment day
Reception
Please arrive at reception at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
If you are late, your session may be shortened.
Changes to treatment or package
We cannot accept changes to treatments or packages on the day.
Consultation
Please understand that treatment may not be possible depending on your condition at the consultation that day.
During treatment
Please tell a staff member if you feel unwell during treatment.
